It finishes with real balance and length. Cima is Italian for "the peak," and every year the best barrels from our two Howell Mountain estate vineyards go into it — this one leaning on Croquet with Cold Springs alongside. Hand-harvested, hand-sorted, and aged 20 months in 100% new French oak. CCOF certified organic, Napa Green, B Corp. Save it for the night that deserves it.
