A standout from our organically farmed Croquet Vineyard high atop Howell Mountain, and one that takes its time settling into itself. Deep dark fruits, dried herbs, tobacco, and toasted oak set up a structured, full-bodied palate with the firm tannin backbone and layered complexity that great mountain Cabernet is known for. Hand-harvested and aged 20 months in 100% new French oak, this wine drinks beautifully — pour it for a special-occasion dinner or just because. Pairs with coq au vin or eggplant moussaka.
